[BUG] ELuAParseError - Technical Support

Like others said this is a public forum. Everyone is allowed to post their opinions as long as they do it respectfully. Also there's no point to continue this. Just agree to disagree about it. Everyone has said what they wanted to say.

I also also believe that "Technical Support / Web Apps Bugs" means "Technical Support" & "Web Apps Bugs", especially when there is "Technical Support" section under it, without the word "web". So I believe it is correct to report this bug here. But still, there are more urgent bugs to fix and there are just not enough devs to do almost any bug fixes. :<

Remember: matters argue, not people. This is a place to post your opinions, no need to take it personally.

As stated in several comments, if a bug affects your game play, please send an email to support@ryzom.com with your screenshots or use the in game ticket system.

Also please note that the forums are read by many players with extensive tech and game knowledge and they are doing a great job helping out with special problems. Ryzom is known for it's helpful community and anyone can post in threads were players choose to ask the community instead of using the direct ticket system to contact support.

I believe the technical aspects of the problem in the initial post has been covered already and if you need further support, please contact support directly.

agreed nehrie, needless to say it's never been an issue to me in the last year that i've seen it, never had an effect on gameplay so i just wrote it off as a random loading error and went on about my gameplay.

I'm losing my patience with you Darkshado. I tried to very carefully explain what is going on. So you don't think it's been sufficiently reported & discussed? The official support is aware of this, doesn't that count as reported? Hasn't it been discussed enough? What kind of response did you expect? What exactly would we need to do to make you comfortable?

I understand you are disappointed, but I just don't get why that is. If you think the game needs more devs, just say it. Or if you think the devs should fix minor bugs first and then bugs that prevent some players from playing at all, just say it.
