We hear it almost everyday, what makes Ryzom so special and so unique is the Community. You. The mature community makes the game very pleasant to play. You cannot imagine how proud we are and how happy we are to have so many dedicated players who still support Ryzom, almost 10 years after its launch.

If you have already contacted support, you surely agree with the fact that the support team, composed entirely of volunteers, is also incredibly human and helpful.

Today, we wanted to highlight one of the oldest support members, Sengosha.

Sengosha has a long history in Ryzom, since she was first admitted as player in the closed beta test early in 2004 and she is still going strong as part of the support team. This is 10 years of fiercely loving the game both as player and as a volunteer trying to give some love back to the community.

She joined support in 2005 and has been a constant presence over time ingame. Her style is according to the players very friendly, non provoking and calming. She deflects anger with a smile and a joke and makes us all feel better for it. This is a gift and has earned her the greatest respect from the community. Volunteers may come and go, but Sengosha is a steady presence, much loved and famous for her friendly hugs.

The last year has been hard for her due to illness in her family and she had to cut back on support work. During all this she never left though and also kept up with her work for her local community, generously sharing her precious time between several volunteer organizations. It is awe-inspiring and a model for the rest of us.

Sengosha, the whole Ryzom team and lots of players are very happy to have you with us on Ryzom and we just want to say to you: THANK YOU

Sengy was much loved by Tyneetryk, simply because of her wonderful approach to all issues. Sadly Tynee cannot reply herself now, so I am doing it on her behalf and to express my own appreciation of Sengosha's amazing spirit of fairness.

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.
