I've run out of time to find it out myself.

I believe what Saphron was asking about was "perfect" amps. I.e. 100% across the board in all eight lines.

As far as I know it is not possible without a rubbarn tool boost.

P.S. -- Sittingbull that's a very nice recipe.

using a boosted tool can get you 100% on all, and even over 100%, but the fact that you'll need to make 100 or even 1000 amps to get one boosted pair, make it very expensive to try to get a set, nice as it is to get one, it's still rare.

one thing us longer playing people should tell you, as a low level player, 84% on all amps are pretty good to do day to day grinding with as well.

when your a master in magic's then you might really want a set, and even then when we do get a set, we're only going to use those for the important stuff, because there's not a way to repair an item, so once it's used up, it's gone, and you have to start the quest all over again to get another boosted set.

Supreme Zun amber gets you 97% in almost all sections. Boosts will surely get you over 100, but I don't think there's a way to make exactly 100% on all powers.

Did you actually see a pair with exactly 100% across the board?

i never have, but i'm guessing this is a new player to the game, and has as yet to realize that these kind's of amp's he's seeking are not the everyday use amps he's really wanting.

It's possible to have it at 100%( all magics/speed), but its a boost.

:P i know you cannot have 100% across the board but 100% in elemental/healing would be amazeing,
I am most willing to craft 1000's of amps~ but i'll get my mule bulk maxed with them before useing any,
this way it'll take months to use em all.

Saphron -- just talk nicely to Sittingbull. The difference between 99 or 98% and 100% is totally negligible. What it sounds like is that you want a pair of amps like his.

yes indeed, 100% is not much from 97's and 98's, not worth the cost of the recipe to go that hard, cheep recipes would get you 98/99 if you only focus on elem or heal ONLY
