Support Technique

You know what I am fed up with this even after a staff member says that this matter is sufficiently reported and discussed the some continue to post on this message anyways. This will be the LAST bug I ever report for this game. (The rest of the post is deleted, please be polite at all times on the forum)

I'm losing my patience with you Darkshado. I tried to very carefully explain what is going on. So you don't think it's been sufficiently reported & discussed? The official support is aware of this, doesn't that count as reported? Hasn't it been discussed enough? What kind of response did you expect? What exactly would we need to do to make you comfortable?

I understand you are disappointed, but I just don't get why that is. If you think the game needs more devs, just say it. Or if you think the devs should fix minor bugs first and then bugs that prevent some players from playing at all, just say it.

when the time comes that you need help, those of us that are posting here are the one's that will help you.  i love that you call my post trolling, if you recall i also said i've had this error (almost every login).

the community of ryzom helps eachother, should you strike a serious issue many of us will be there trying to help you.  i would like to invite you to look at my signature, explore the links, you may learn a great deal about ryzom, beware of spoilers...

post where you think a thread belongs, right or wrong it will be seen by someone and addressed.  here we all help eachother, many of us are not CSR's or dev's, ect. but we do as a community help the one's we have as much as we can, all levels of skill are considered here fairly.  i think we all thank you for bringing this "bug" to the attention of the community.  (i've seen it, win7x64)

I thought that was someone trolling to get sexual favors or something?
