Problème d' affichage IG - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

Bonjour,

je vous expose mon soucis:

Je viens de changer de Carte vidéo, j'ai remplace ma vieille Gforce pourrie par une Radeon 7700. Jusque là tout va bien enfin surtout ailleurs où je ne vois plus certains jeux de la même façon :p

Mais pour Ryzom, ce n'est pareil, alors que la fenêtre de sélection des personnages est nickel, dés que le jeu se lance ( donc quand l'image avec l'animation de loading se lance) , les couleurs sont dénaturées et une fois IG c'est injouable, je devine les fenêtres plus que je les vois... Image pixelisée mais très bizarrement avec des couleur fades. Désolé, je ne sais pas trop d'écrire le rendu.
Sinon aucun problème auparavant et ceci durant plusieurs années sur ce même ordinateur. J'ai Windows 7 32 bits mais à part ma CG et l'alim je n'ai rien changé à part une réinstall complète afin de repartir d'un bon pied .

Mes pilotes de cartes graphiques sont à jour.
J'ai essayé de modifier les graphismes dans la partie configuration mais sans succès.

Si pouviez me dire ce que je dois faire.

could you make a few screen shots? the default key is ctrl+f10 or alt+f10 or shift+10 (each provide a different format) they can be found in the ryzom install folder. that will give us an idea of what your seeing, and help us to figure our what it could be.

hmm, let's look at the "check list"

video card drivers - check (up to date)
display drivers - ? (not sure how it could be an issue, but better safe then sorry)
ryzom install properly patched.

display settings:
hardware or software enabled? have you tried both settings?
these can be set both in game (not possible if you can't see things clearly) and out of game: in the ryzom install folder you will find "ryzom_configuration_rd.exe" which will allow you to change some display settings out of game (like hardware / software)

for a more advanced user you can edit the client.cfg file directly. (not something i would advise unless your sure what your doing, but worst case you can always delete this file and let the game apply the default settings when it re-creates the file.)

i hope that one of these will help you, and if not, get back in touch with us again, i'll do what i can to try to help, but i've not had this issue myself, so i'm not sure how much help i'll be in the end.

Bon j'ai mis le screen et les photos

Pour les Pilotes: ils sont à jour

Pour : "ryzom_configuration_rd.exe" les réglages sont succins mais j'avais tout mis au mini sans conséquence

Pour la dernière solution : Je ne suis pas assez expérimenté pour ce genre de chose ^^

yes laofa, there is, glad you thought of it because that's been known to cause some graphics issues in the past. Dale might want to try to play with those settings as well.

Pfff j'ai réussi ;))

La mauvaise qualité du mon image a fait que j'ai navigué à tatons ^^ et j'ai une un peu de mal à naviguer entre les différentes options.

Vous m'avez fait penser à enlever le "mode plein écran" j'ai fini par le trouver et la miracle tout est réapparu :))
Je n'avais pas trouvé cette option dans la configuration en dehors du jeu.
