most recent "update" to NH is what caused all this. remove the most recent change and simply add a 0 to the max limit, taking it up from 3,000 to 30,000, then when someone like me wants to "ware" the system out it's a much larger task.
bottom line, if the system is "worn" too often, that could perhaps signal that they might need to increase the upper limit.
i won't go over this again and again, but this most recent change only made NH a PITA again.
