if you truely want to get the biggest numbers, yes, the less stat's you try to max, the more likely you will get it, but it will not be a "cheep" recipe. honestly anything above 90 is good, day to day 84's are more then enough to do it. (and you can get that on all but maybe one stat with a cheep recipe)
