If we take bonus on number of search points, now they may disappear before we can get them all, with bonus on extraction time (which looks very strange).

You get more then you can dig at so you can pick and choose which ones you dig. not all of them will have enough 'source content' to make it worth your while.

Other reason is likely to reduce clutter by making them despawn over time.
Dig spots don't move and if multiple people are at the same spot you wouldn't be able to find your own spots in the giant mess of green bubbles.

If player cannot interact with the object (is exhausted, or belongs to others - cannot take loot), then there is no need for us to show this. Or highlight weakly, in gray. Plus button to quickly select our mining location as the next enemy with a space.

it's called the macro system.

i can dig around 50 other diggers and never have a problem with finding my nodes (done with a single key press, to target, and start harvesting said target)

you can dig other players nodes and take the loot you dig, as long as the other player isn't already digging that node in question before you try to dig it.

when your a lower level player it's hard to dig more then one node, when your a full 250 dig master it's easy to dig 5 or more nodes from a single prospecting actions (known in ryzom as a 'pop')

never seen so many ideas from such a young homin, i hope that you stick around and level up your toon, gain a few masters and really learn what ryzom is and then come back to offering ideas that will get honest attention because they will come from a place of knowledge over a place of 'this is how other games are, so conform'.

ryzom isn't a lemming that will blindly follow everyone else off the cliff, ryzom is ryzom and isn't trying to be like other games nor does it want to be like those other games, since most all of them are basically the same game with different skins and names.

embrace ryzom for how unique it is and accept that it will NEVER be like those other games because the players and the devs don't want it to be like them, we're different and we like that.

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.

when you run out of resources in your source, you have to wait until the end of its life.
indeed, if you don't want to have to wait 3 minutes for the end of your source's life, you're going to have to learn how to dose your source care and extraction, and yes little padawan, experience is acquired over time ^^.

instead of waiting, you can also move 20-30m and find other unused sources.by having several drilling points "relatively" far apart, I'm never interrupted for lack of sources.

I have a slightly different situation, the skill is pumped weakly, the search distance - 10m, if you find two places and extract from one point, the other disappears and does not reappear if you click search once again. If the disappearing collection points would reappear when you search again and resource tracking would show only available points for mining, then there would be no problems. But for now, mining for me - a continuous series of "nothing found" with rare appearances of resources :)

revoir ce que j'ai dis plus haut

apres la meilleurs façon de monter son forage est d'avoir des amis foreurs et soigner leurs sources ;) c'est beau les mmorpg ^^
