check all forms of internet security, firewall, (router based) firewall, ect. the lines in the log suggest that the client can't reach the server to establish a connection because something on your computer (or home network if there's router based firewall) is preventing ryzom's client from connecting to the server.
this error comes up often these days, and more often then not windows 10 is involved in league with some form of firewall / internet security app.
