an option like this is not a bad one (speaking as a toon that has a level 51.26 PR dig), something couldn't hurt. even a occ that would provide a "generic" OP mat could be an option. (for the occ the level of the user would determine the Q of the mat, eg. at level 1 it would produce Q50, lvl 2 would be Q100, grade 3 would be 150, grades 4,5,6 would all produce Q200, and improved grade six would produce Q250)
but i like the basic idea behind a 2nd way to get OP mat's (or something similar that didn't require pvp, since non-pvp players like nice looking "special" gear too.)
