if your having issues installing or running ryzom on a new windows computer this file could help fix the issue:

fix my computer so i can play the game

once you download that file, install it and try again, if it's a video problem this should fix it.

i'll add more to this as needed.

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.
