The Nobles Chamber of the Verdant Heights has gathered in the Royal Palace of Yrkanis, on 7h - Prima, Folially 19, 2nd AC 2619*, and was lead by His Majesty Stevano-Karan and in presence of His Highness Aniro-Karin.

After having dismissed various homins who had come out of curiosity, Stevano-Karan opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.

The Chamber began with the ennoblement of Ser Copal and Serae Canillia, for their contribution as witnesses at the recent wedding of Karin Aniro and Karinae Nirni.
Serae Shepeng also proposed the ennoblement of Serae Liosta Be'Zephy as a reward for creating the minuet presented at the reception after the wedding ceremony. The Karan did not make a decision in the absence of Serae Be'Zephy, who was detained by the Karae, but will make its decision known at the next Nobles Chamber.
Still on the subject of noble affairs, the Karan refused to accept the resignation of Filira Salazar for having missed the Karin's wedding. He has nevertheless given him a new mission as Royal Historian: to write a book on the achievements of his reign, for the use of future generations, for their education and for the glory of the Kingdom.


In addition, the Karae will be gathering her Court soon***. The Karin's wife, Filirae Nirni di Varello, will also be present.


The Houses present have then reported their current affairs.
Filirae Canillia is acting as interim leader for Filira Tacpo, taking care of day-to-day business while the Alkian Order has gone dormant. However, she expressed her concern for Filirae Aylia, who has disappeared again.
Filira Salazar had no new information regarding the Order of the Argo Navis.
Serae Shepeng reported that La Firme has only herself and Serae Liosta as active members. The latter, however, is fully trained to provide effective assistance to the Kingdom.
Ser Copal is also the only active member of Les Gardiens du Savoir, although his activity is entirely devoted to the glory of the Kingdom and the Karan.
Ser Valdini has shared the progress of Ore Altae, with several Houses having called upon his services since the wedding.
Finally Ser Nilstilar is still without a House


The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Nilstilar and Filira Salazar reported on the last Taliari assembly, which was even more turbulent than usual. The gift offered by House Ore Altae, the services of a highly trained Tryker servant, was misinterpreted. Under the weight of history and prejudice, many participants in the assembly futilely warmed up to slavery theses. Filira Salazar tried to reassure the most reasonable minds by explaining the customs and habits of the Matis. He also assured the Governor of the Kingdom's respect for the Federation.

Filira Copal then made his report for the Theocracy, where nothing remarkable is happening that could have an impact on the Kingdom.


Since no other ambassador was attending, the rest of the Chamber was held behind closed doors.

La Chambre des Nobles du Sommet Verdoyant s’est réunie au Palais Royal d’Yrkanis le 3h - Dua, Folially 20, 1st AC 2621*, sous la direction de Sa Majesté Stevano-Karan.

Le début de la Chambre a une nouvelle fois été perturbé par des homins ignorants du protocole. La garde a donc été doublée.

Puis Stevano-Karan a ouvert la session par la traditionnelle prière à Jena.


Il a ensuite donné des nouvelles de la Famille Royale.
Le Karin Manalitch a terminé sa formation complémentaire. Et Filirae Nirni di Varello, l'épouse du Karin Aniro, assiste la Karae dans ses devoirs quotidiens.


Puis les Maisons présentes ont partagé leur actualité.
En l’absence de Serae She-Peng, Serae Liosta a indiqué que la Firme était en demi-sommeil, mais continuait à servir le Royaume et sa culture.
Filira Copal n’a toujours pas de nouvelles des autres membres des Gardiens du Savoir et a donc décidé de tenter de relever sa Maison par lui même.
L’Ordre Alkiane, par la voix de Ser Kessler, est sans nouvelle de Filirae Canillia mais n’estime pas cette absence inquiétante. Le reste de l’Ordre est parti récupérer un colis précieux et Ser Kessler est en attente de leur retour.
Enfin, aucun des deux homins sans affiliation, Filira Zagabranth et Ser Nilstilar, n’avait de nouvelle d’importance à partager.


La parole a ensuite été donnée aux ambassadeurs.
Ser Nilstilar a rapporté les derniers événements au sujet du sieur Pebre di Ciosi. Ce dernier a été capturé par Bai Trykali dans les Lagons de Loria, jugé et reconnu coupable d’apologie de l’esclavagisme par la Fédération. Il sera expulsé pour être remis aux envoyés du Karan à la frontière avec le Royaume à une date restant à déterminer.

Filira Copal a ensuite fait son rapport de la dernière assemblée des Cercles. L’essentiel des discussions a porté sur un membre de la tribu des Illuminés qui est allé semer la pagaille dans les Lacs. La Sage Sève a demandé une surveillance accrue de toutes les tribus à goo. Les Cercles ont aussi procédé au remplacement d’une des deux ambassadrices démissionnaire. Néanmoins ni Serae Nikuya, ni Serae Bigsbee, ne représenteront la Théocratie auprès du Royaume.

Enfin Ser Zorroargh a parlé pour les Rangers. Il a indiqué que de nombreux rangers étaient partis en mission.


Le dernier sujet à l’ordre du jour était le renouvellement du Haut Conseil.
Le conseiller Kellen Codgan a rejoint sa tribu d’origine dans les Lacs depuis plusieurs années. Le conseiller Mephyros Xytis a souhaité être relevé de ses charges en raison de son âge. Ils seront remplacé par les Karin Aniro et Manalitch.
De plus Stevano-Karan a décidé de faire entrer Filira Zagabranth au Haut Conseil en prévision de la future retraite du duc di Varello et pour apporter de l’expérience en contrepoint à la fougue des Karini.


Le reste de la séance s’est tenu à huis-clos.

The Houses present then reported their current affairs.
Serae Liosta is committed to continuing to keep La Firme active, until she achieves her mastery of Healing. She can then hope to bring the Firm back to life with newcomers.
Ser Kessler spoke on behalf of the Alkian Order, which continues to promote Matisse culture through the matéis lesson given by Ser Vauban. They are also studying the rare new specimens whose bones can be found just about everywhere.
Filira Copal has taken the lead of Les Gardiens du Savoir and hopes to be able to make a more active contribution in the field soon.
Ser Nilstilar spoke briefly about the unchanged situation of The Order of the Argo Navis. He also indicated that he personnaly remained in the service of the Karavan Alliance.
Finally, Serae Fryz introduced the House of Krom, which actively contributes to the security of the Kingdom, and her speech was rounded off by Ser Leytoo, her leader, who explained that this recent House is hosting fighters and craftsmen.


The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Nilstilar spoke briefly about the Water Road, a project conceived jointly by the Federation and the Empire, and which was the subject of further debate later in the Chamber.

Filira Copal reported on the hallucinations caused in a group of unprepared homins by a gas accidentally released by a member of the Goo Heads tribe. There seems to be no immediate danger to other homins, as the Theocracy has firmly forbidden the tribe from distributing these products, but surveillance seems essential to prevent the gas from being used as a weapon in the near future.

In the prolonged absence of Serae Zendae, and in the absence of a candidate, Ser Nilstilar has been appointed acting ambassador to the Rangers.
Ser Zorroargh, a long-standing observer of the Rangers, is handing over his role to Serae Lylanea. She spoke briefly about the Black Sting found with the late Guide Orphie Dradius, and mentioned that the contamination observed on it was much more aggressive and corrosive than goo. She fears major damage if this contamination spreads, although no trace of it has been found. Serae Lylanea promised to forward any new information, would the Rangers discover any on this topic.


Finally, the subject of the Water Road, which some people seem to want to pass through the Kingdom, was discussed at length. No official request has been received in the Kingdom, but Aniro-Karin expects a Ranger embassy to address the topic soon, so he consulted the Chamber in advance.

The beginning of the Chamber was delayed by several homins who didn’t know about protocol and had no business being there.

Stevano-Karan then opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.


He then gave news of the Royal Family.
The Karae and the Karaedin are preparing the next Court of the Karae.
Karin Aniro devotes himself to his duties. Mainly the High Council.
Karin Manalitch is following is brother’s example at the High Council.


The Houses present then reported their current affairs.
Filirae Canillia mentionned that she and her Selsim are the only usual representatives of the Alkiane Order.
Filira Salazar and Filira Copal are also the only representatives of their Houses, respectively the Order of the Argo Navis and the Gardiens du Savoir.
Serae Liosta, although the Firm is also very quiet, has achieved mastery in healing and will work on a reinforcement of her House's craftsmen. At the same time, she is putting all her energy into helping the Karae and the Karaedin.
Ser Valdini reported a few commercial setbacks, not serious but nonetheless taking up his House's time and energy.
Finally, serae Liosta shared the apologies of House Cara Via, which was unable to send a representative to the Chamber.


The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Serae Yokao Zhuangi introduced herself as the new ambassador of the Witherings. She reported no events of importance in the Theocracy that might be of interest to the Kingdom, other than the explosion of the amber cube containing a piece of the sting found near former Ranger Guide Orphie Dradius. The piece of sting seems to have been destroyed in the explosion.
Filira Copal confirmed the ambassador's report, pointing out that the Circles Assembly had included only a few Initiates and Awakened. On the subject of the sting, he asked for the results of the analysis to be carried out by the Dynastic Gardener on the fragments taken from the site of the explosion.

Ser Nilstilar was absent and unable to report on activity in the Lakes.

Stevano-Karan recalled that any noble or ambassador present at an assembly could represent the Kingdom if necessary.

With no other ambassadors present, the next topic was the Water Road.
Filira Copal reported on the relatively smooth running of the Road, with no outbursts during the crossing of the Kingdom. Nevertheless, the Trykers seemed offended by the Fyros' manners, whether in negotiations to define the route or in the payment of expected compensation.

Serae Canillia reported that she had been reintegrated into the Alkiane order by Filirae Aylia, but that the last one had disappeared again.
Ser Cionae presented his new house, Les Fervents de Jena, and pledged to strive for excellence.
Filira Salazar had no news from the Order of the Argo Navis.
Finally, Filira Copal is working on acquiring the skills needed to fulfill his role as leader of Les Gardiens du Savoir.


Stevano-Karan then gave news of the Royal Family.
The Karae has held her Court recently and continues to work with the Karaedin on Matis culture.
Karin Aniro is busy with an investigation.
And Karin Manalitch is continuing his training as his brother's future advisor.


The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Fleurdetuber reported that the Lakes had just suffered an attack by white kitins near Fairhaven. He also deplored the proliferation of maraudeur drills.

Ser Ulymorus also reported attacks by white kitins in the Desert, but claimed alternativela that the Empire was helped in its defense by marauders and ploderos.

Ser Zorroargh explained that he was replacing the official representative for the Rangers, and that they were in the midst of reorganization following the death, retirement or disappearance of many of their leaders.

Finally, Filira Copal completed the tour of Atys with the Withrings, where nothing noteworthy is happening.
