The Nobles Chamber of the Verdant Heights has gathered in the Royal Palace of Yrkanis, on 15h - Dua, Folially 20, 2nd AC 2619*, and was lead by His Majesty Stevano-Karan and in presence of His Highness Aniro-Karin.

Serae Shepeng, vassal of the Kingdom, leader of the House La Firme**
After having dismissed various homins who had come out of curiosity, Stevano-Karan opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.
The Chamber began with the ennoblement of Ser Copal and Serae Canillia, for their contribution as witnesses at the recent wedding of Karin Aniro and Karinae Nirni.
Serae Shepeng also proposed the ennoblement of Serae Liosta Be'Zephy as a reward for creating the minuet presented at the reception after the wedding ceremony. The Karan did not make a decision in the absence of Serae Be'Zephy, who was detained by the Karae, but will make its decision known at the next Nobles Chamber.
Still on the subject of noble affairs, the Karan refused to accept the resignation of Filira Salazar for having missed the Karin's wedding. He has nevertheless given him a new mission as Royal Historian: to write a book on the achievements of his reign, for the use of future generations, for their education and for the glory of the Kingdom.
In addition, the Karae will be gathering her Court soon***. The Karin's wife, Filirae Nirni di Varello, will also be present.
The Houses present have then reported their current affairs.
Filirae Canillia is acting as interim leader for Filira Tacpo, taking care of day-to-day business while the Alkian Order has gone dormant. However, she expressed her concern for Filirae Aylia, who has disappeared again.
Filira Salazar had no new information regarding the Order of the Argo Navis.
Serae Shepeng reported that La Firme has only herself and Serae Liosta as active members. The latter, however, is fully trained to provide effective assistance to the Kingdom.
Ser Copal is also the only active member of Les Gardiens du Savoir, although his activity is entirely devoted to the glory of the Kingdom and the Karan.
Ser Valdini has shared the progress of Ore Altae, with several Houses having called upon his services since the wedding.
Finally Ser Nilstilar is still without a House
The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ser Nilstilar and Filira Salazar reported on the last Taliari assembly, which was even more turbulent than usual. The gift offered by House Ore Altae, the services of a highly trained Tryker servant, was misinterpreted. Under the weight of history and prejudice, many participants in the assembly futilely warmed up to slavery theses. Filira Salazar tried to reassure the most reasonable minds by explaining the customs and habits of the Matis. He also assured the Governor of the Kingdom's respect for the Federation.
Filira Copal then made his report for the Theocracy, where nothing remarkable is happening that could have an impact on the Kingdom.
Since no other ambassador was attending, the rest of the Chamber was held behind closed doors.
