I've got my character dressed to the nines in his Prime Roots light armor, looking pretty sharp and snazzy. But he's missing a hat and the HA helmets just don't go with his outfit. I can't imagine installing a new crafting plan is terribly difficult - howsabout some craftable LA "hats" or something in the future? -bp

Dainan -- not a bad idea as long as you realize that the effort wouldn't be in "making" the hat, but in designing the 3D models to fit all the various heads. (at least 8).  I'd love to have a Tryker "hat" that was my regular model but with the goggles pulled down over my eyes.  :)

Oh, it's gotta be WAY more than eight. But yeah, purely an aesthetic thing that looks EXCEPTIONALLY classy on the model shown on this thread. It'd be nice, but so would a full Encyclopedia and some temples! XD

Oh, it's gotta be WAY more than eight. But yeah, purely an aesthetic thing that looks EXCEPTIONALLY classy on the model shown on this thread. It'd be nice, but so would a full Encyclopedia and some temples! XD

I think he means 8 models of each hat because you have Male/Female of every race , so that makes 8. So they actually have to model it to fit on 8 different types of characters :)

a Halo? as an ring of magical Kami energies ...or maybe a ufo/satellite with flashing lights and lasers for if you are Karavan :P

make them only achieveable for if you aligne with for it (and also get to keep ithem if un-aligned to it - so can have atleast on of both)

but I personally would so very much prefer a "Hat of Lightheadednesses" ..just like htay have at Anlor Winn (headless CSRs)

and a "Burgulars Mask" that allows for you to temporarily (only while it's worn) change for your Name/Title/Guild (if you have one or are in one...or maybe jsut have ofor everything blank - invisible...without a single trace) ...for PvP :P (but cannot hide not ofor anything frm the sys.info)
-could make it into a something special...like have to steal it and need to use MPA/Speed/Invul and navigate through a maze of aggro to "steal" it from a NPC (similar to mission givers of -68 Fames)

do enough testing to make sure that have to use all of ithem (powers/auras) to get through and but can still make it...sometimes (and but are always guaranteed for the being dp'd for it though)

cannot have LA/MA Helmets because then we can have more than +50 Dodges
Buckler/Dagger = +20 each (40), and LA = +2 each (10)
+50 is the maximum possible Dodges (so that F2P can have 175 Dodges and SUB can have 300 Dodges)

I would also like to see head gear for LA MA. even if it is just a sweatband or visor, why wouldnt a homin protect his head??? I understand that it would not appear like other equipped armrs since it would change face/hair graphics, but why not just have it equippable for the stats, and no new graphics?

there are medium helemts and full helmets historically speaking, i guess they were called half-helms or something im not a big war history buff :P

i suppose for light armor , games traditionally employ hoods for the mage class

they also don't have to provide dodge bonus if its that big a deal i suppose... but i love the hat pictures posted =)
