Ryzom crashes at loading screen - Entraide GNU/Linux

Hi,

I already searched the Internet for this bug, but sadly I only found some Windows support for this problem:

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and when I start Ryzom (I installed it from the software center) I can log in and select my character, but as soon as the last part of the loading screen turns gold the resolution of my screen lowers itself and the game crashes.

I think it has something to do with my CPU (because I get some suspicious error messages since I installed the game). I am using the Intel Sandy Bridge i5. Regarding my graphik card, ubuntu shows me:

"00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)"

Is there a possibility to solve this problem?
