Leaving again - English - Ryzom Community Forum

After 6 months back in game i still see nothing happening on the part of the devs. I love this game but im not prepared to spend my money on it anymore. A bit of advertising would help this game go a long way but it seems that because the french and german servers have a high population there is no point in giving themselves more work by filling up the english speaking server. So once again im leaving. Happy New Year to you all and i wish you all the best for the coming year.

Sometimes it happens that you think things are bad and can not be worse, but visit ryzom - and you will understand that it can.

I can understand where your coming from, These Devs cant even put on a descent event (Lets all stand around and talk rubbish and call it a "Event" lol).
So how could we possibly expect that they would add more improved content into the game..Well be seeing you in whatever game we get into in the future..

Just because you don't understand the point of roleplay doesn't mean it's rubbish. I can understand it's not your cup of tea, but it doesn't give you the right to spit on the ANIMATION team (NOT devs) for their storyline ot thematic events.

Ryzom is not PvP centric. It has PvP features. Even a recent PvP update. But it is not and will never be the main focus of the game. As did some TPM folks in older days, I'd say : "Deal with it".

I love this game to the point of paying for it even if I don't have time in RL to play... just in case I might have a moment to come back on Atys for a few hours. Even then I do notice when there is new content. Just because it's not what I hoped for doesn't mean there hasn't been ANY or that its Mektoub dung.

Just pointing the irony that leaving is not gonna fill the English server any better.

But good luck with your updated Facebook game and keep up the Roleplay socialising network :P

And Stitch, yeah mate your right, If ya tell yourself your a big boy enough you might actually start believing it hehe :P

Whatever dude. Keep telling yourself it's the lack of content if you want. You couldn't hang before, you couldn't hang in Darkfall you can't hang now. The more things change the more they stay the same.

Seti It has been great playing with you again after so long. Its a shame things have gone down this road and wish you all the best.

Ignore the small minded comments, as just like the saying goes "they come from SMALL MINDS".

All the best and hope to catch you in another game shortly. I too am leaving but purely because of the people making negative comments in here, not due to content.

There is NEW content but it leans towards playing styles that are not me.

I wish you all the best and hope to see some of you around the traps. Best Of Luck.
