Hello.

I've been subbed for a long time.

I checked my bank account and I was billed, as expected, late last month for Ryzom account, yet, after some time absent, I come back today and my account is limited as f2p and I can't equip gear or items.

Who do I talk to about the particulars in this?

From a suggestion in universe chat ingame, I checked my account and saw the dates on previous subs was not what I suspected, so...

Thought, maybe wrong account?

Checked through all the old accounts I could remember and...

Yeah.

Wrong account.

All's well now.
