Hello,

Ryzom has just arrived on Steam and it's a wonderful milestone for us.

Because of an unexpected billing issue, subscribing and re-subscribing via Steam was not possible today.
We don't want to penalize those players that tried so that's why we are offering them a free one week of playing Ryzom.

And because it would not be fair for everyone else, we have decided to provide the one free week of playing Ryzom to the entire Ryzom community. It's our way of celebrating the release of Ryzom on Steam!

We hope our veterans, newcomers, and future players will enjoy this free week!

Est-il possible de donner la possibilité aux Anciens joueurs de revenir faire un petit tour durant cette semaine ? (Genre les vieux croûtons n'ayant plus leur compte actif ? ^^)

J'ai le code erreur "Error : joinsession error 12 : failed to request for access permission for userid 213930 (4012)"

Mais problème quand je me connecte je n'ai plus aucun perso :(( j'ai joué après la fusion donc le problème ne vient pas de la) je ne voit personne ayant le même soucis alors j'espère que je n'ai pas tout perdu..

Will this add a week to current subscriptions? For example, if I am in the middle of a 3 month subscription period, will my current subscription length become 3 months + 1 week?

Hello,

The announcement has been edited to fix an error in translation that was unfortunately modifying the content of the text.

We offer all a free week playing Ryzom and not a free week of subscription. That means that all the players can log freely, even the unsubscribed ones, and that currently subscribed players have their current subscription lenghten by one week. It was never the intention to give the free to play players the advantage of a subscribed account during the one week.

We apologize for the misunderstanding.
