I would put that the other way around, Drogos. Ask yourself what skills do I have? Then ask how they might be used.

I think it's pretty obvious for Graphical Pool -- Art skills (either drawing for concept art or 3-D modeling), animation, skinning, ability to deal with interfacing various graphics programs with the engine both serverside and clientside. Just looking in on this one and being able to express why such-and-such and object would be desirable could be useful.

For the Level Design side (not mentioned here but indicated from the main portal http://forge.ryzom.com/wiki/EN_Portal , there are all sorts of useful skills. Storytelling, flowcharting, knowledge of Lore, etc. That's one of the places I'm going to end up in when I get a bit more free time.

The more technical pools clearly are looking for people looking for OS experience.
