je vois pas trop l'interet, si tu veux aller directement dans la capitale au lvl 1 tu peux, et si tu preferes rester tranquille jusqu'au lvl 50 à silan tu peux le faire aussi .
il n'y a aucune obligation .

well no I don't see the point either, you have access to the universe chat and if you need a craft you can ask for it on there, there are always one or more players who come on silan to give the equipment requested
