Could this be a feature you would like added let me know.
The idea could be usefull for those of us who get stanzas we don't use in our bar when we buy new skills. Most of the time we have to delete them one by one.more will be added soon

Maybe also add the ability to lock actions so you can clear a hot bar without fear of losing actions you want to keep.

My solution for unwanted stanzas has been to fill empty slots with craft plan. You can shift+drag (or ctrl, one of those) to get the slots populated.

It is not bad idea, however do you really need to clear your toolbars? If you have empty slots, you probably don't need them. If your slots are used, then it will not happen.

And while we talk about "clear all" features, I would like to have a way how to drop everything not locked from my bag :)

To be able to lock action on a toolbar (or just lock one toolbar) would be even more useful, especially because it happens to me that I swap two actions (best is when both have same icon) and then I am using wrong one until I realize that.

I do the same

So no, for me it's not essential...

For me, reducing the number of clicks (being able to loot in 1 click for example, or improve the heal, which breaks my arm during kitin invasions for example) would be much more useful to me...

For example, I totally stopped the beginning of the storyline for this reason (too many clicks in the bubbles).

The point of this suggestion is not to get rid of unused spaces. its the ability to clear a bar of whats not needed. So people who like to have a bar for one type of skill or task can automatically get rid of of filled spaces that are not useful faster. the ability to auto generate a action bar based on a task "Crafting, Magic, Fight and Forage." would be useful for what Craftjenn has said. The idea to lock actions that are useful is a good idea. However the lock action would have to take place during creation of the skill or by right clicking and choosing to lock skill. A toggle button in the skill creation window would be usefull for this. Thanks to all who commented I like the input:)
Moniq's idea for for dropping all items that aren't locked is a great idea. Also the ability to sell all but locked would be useful and time saving:)
If control + drag added copys of a skill maybe control + alt + drag could delete spaces in that path. keep the ideas coming:) I may have to rename the thread.

please note that new players like me are afraid to delete skills from the bars that are later needed, but I wish I could have more order to better use the most frequent ones, only that there should be a warning before they are deleted on those that cannot be recovered

Cualquier acción eliminada por la barra puede ser añadida de la forma /sistema/ ventanas/acciones más comúnmente presionando b para que aparezca la ventana de acción donde ves tus lvls de habilidad.
Sólo tienes que arrastrar y soltar

Any action deleted for the bar can be added form /system/ windows/actions most commonly by pressing b to bring up the action window where you see your skill lvls.
Just drag and drop

I like this idea because I tend to go to 3 race trainers all at once for craft. As I've started using more tool bars for different fighting scenarios, it's become really annoying to delete the trainers dump... Would be great if they didn't put upgrades in the tool bars at all but I think that might be harder to fix.

actually, as in Linux pipes, re-routing of the only upgrades icons to nirvana would be a no-brainer .. in sense of new upgrade <3 or something like that
or not? But also useful would be to simply mark the newly bought upgrades as having been bought (only) then their being available as new actions when definging such
