Hello

I don't know if it's a bug, or an idea for improvement... I do a daily crafting mission et I try to use the map research feature to find the NPC (the July 12th 2020), and I would like to know if other linux users have the same or not...

I type an NPC name (luoi nai-da) in the map search, and it answers me 2 lines (ok). But

* If I click on the 1st name (with the 2 on the right, name in lowercase): it zooms in on the map, but no flag displayed onthe map :(

* If I click on the name in upper case, then it shows me a flag but from another NPC (see the 2nd picture)

* When I search for something I know is in my file, ditto, another NPC is displayed, but not the thing I'm looking for (see the 3rd image)

In fact, I saw that ryzom client use mainly only 2 cores (my PC have 8).

One on them (n°5) was regularly at 100%, while the other ones do nothing (2-3%)... only when I launch Ryzom

I use a gnome extension, for power management (cpufreqctl), and I noticed that if I cut the boost, it seems better...

Luoi Nai-Da is overseer in Hoi-Cho and there is white flag on the map. I do not know where you have placed the red flag (maybe inside the building?)

Map search only works for user landmarks and map area/region names.

The blue flag is mission flag and not filtered by map search.

The game client is badly optimized for "new computers". It's mainly due to NeL. I doubt this will change in a near future tbh. Basically it will require a full revamp of the engine (yes, I am making a shortcut here).
