Comme annoncé par d'autres moyens(*) Phaedreas Tears s'est vu offrir la chance d'accepter un transfert amical de Zo-Kian Ruins Workshop Outpost. Avec l'aide d'un assortiment d'homins de toutes les nations et religions, nous avons réussi à accepter le transfert. Même aujourd'hui, la foreuse fonctionne, produisant des racines de Cheng modifiées de la plus haute qualité, ainsi que des fleurs intelligentes et des catalyseurs d'expérience omniprésents.

Phaedreas Tears a accepté le devoir de gestion de cet avant-poste dans un seul but et dans un seul but, pour s'assurer que les produits de cet avant-poste seraient distribués par une partie neutre d'une manière qui ne favorise personne, au bénéfice de tous les homins d'Atys, qu'ils soient Kami, Karavan, Marauder ou Ranger. Cependant, certaines choses seront constantes :
1) Tous les matériaux seront gratuits.
2) Phaedreas Tears ne gardera aucun des matériaux pour nous.
3) Nous publierons la distribution à chaque fois que nous le ferons afin que tous puissent voir ce que nous avons fait.
4) La distribution se fera une fois par saison et demie (une semaine RL). Il ne dépendra pas de la présence d'une personne ou d'un représentant en ligne au moment de la distribution. (Cependant, tout matériel non réclamé après une autre saison et demie sera redistribué.

La distribution sera d'un bouquet de racines de cheng et d'une ou deux fleurs (selon la production) par guilde et par tour. Aucune guilde sur la liste n'obtiendra une deuxième distribution tant que toutes les guildes sur la liste n'en auront pas eu une. (HRP: La première distribution sera 20-06-2018 19:00 UTC.)

Si vous souhaitez figurer sur la liste que nous considérons, envoyez-moi un message instantané et/ou à Itzy, mon commandant en second. Nous ferons un registre des paiements (OOC : tableur). Nous vérifierons les Guildes à l'aide du livre de Moniq sur les Guildes des Atys. (OOC : RyGReg 0.8 /application 1947) Pour commencer, les guildes comptant moins de quatre membres actifs ne seront pas prises en considération. (Note : ceci peut changer si cette grande expérience dure assez longtemps.

NOTE 1 : Ce n'est pas un système parfait pour la distribution. Je doute qu'il en existe un. Cependant, c'est ce que nous allons utiliser, et nous le modifierons si nous trouvons un meilleur système.NOTE 2 : Phaedreas Tears ne lutte pas contre d'autres homins sapientes (OOC : pas de PvP). Si un groupe qui ne favorise pas la distribution libre et équitable du matériel d'Outpost devait contester notre propriété, nous dépendrons de ceux qui favorisent cette expérience pour défendre l'Outpost. Nous vous tiendrons tous au courant.

Heh, that didnt last long

Moniq got those news in middle of busy work. She was in jungle just few hours before. And now Obscurus Lilium, a guild who claim themselves to be Zorai and Kami, friends of Rangers, declare war against Phaedrea's Tears!

She found several sheets of a paper and wrote following personal letter adressed to Obscurus Lilium officials, Zorai representatives and Kami Ambassador.



For her own safety, she used karavan services to teleport near Zora. She delivered one copy to Ambassador in Kami camp east to Zora. After few minutes of considering the risk, she visited guild hall of Obscurus Lilium and Zorai representatives in Zora. She left one copy on each place as well as in AFC office to inform other neutral and ranger guilds about possible unprovoked attacks against them.

The izams fly again over the cities of the New Lands and the Mauder complex, shedding their cargo of parchment fliers.

My friends (and I will call you all my friends until proven otherwise) --

The peaceful take-over of Zo-Kian has prompted a response (actually, two responses), but before I address that -- I call upon all those who favor Zo-Kian remaining as a neutral, Ranger held, Outpost to come and defend it. I, unfortunately, cannot be there due to RL obligations.

Note that passion and strength of belief are not bad things.

I have responded to his message, and based upon his statements, called on him to join, if he wishes, in the defense of Zo-Kian against the grasp of his co-religionists.

The second is a declaration against against Zo-Kian by Obscurus Lilium, a Kami guild with (apparently) only three active members. (Information from RygReg.)

Clearly this guild is only a front for the "Kami Alliance" -- that's OK, someone has to be the first person in a charge of the battle line.

I base the formation "Kami Alliance" first upon Northstar's clear declaration of independence as a free follower of Maduk and the Kami, and second from substantial conversations that both I and Itzy had with Caellan, acting as a messenger for "the Kami".

In these conversations (which are recorded in lumios sharable upon request) it is clear that there is a faction of those aligned with the Kami who felt that it was their *right* to declare upon Zo-Kian against Agan and the Shadowwalkers and that Phaedreas Tears had interfered with that "right."

It was also clear (to me) that the Kami players involved were totally unwilling to use the freely available mechanisms to *prevent* that transfer from taking place.  To wit, they did not "defend" against our "attack" (which set a minimal threshold of 6 in compliance with the CoC) in order to force Agan to retain possesion of the OP.

His statements included a claim that "especially lvl 250 outpost are symbols of power and domination." Clearly in his mind, the materials are secondary to Kami domination. I claim that they are productive producers of desirable materials.  Win or lose, I intend to distribute those materials next Wednesday.

This has been a wonderful experiment.  Will it continue?  That's up to you.

Well, they made 15 rounds. (Overkill a bit?)

The drill produces for us until the attack is over, and we currently have 8 cheng root and 7 INT flower. I expect at least one more of each before Lilium takes the OP. It would appear that the experience catalysts have been removed from the OP mix. (yay!)

I need a few more guilds to write me or Itzy and request consideration for distribution of mats on Wednesday.

Oh, dear, I forgot: Thank You to all of you who showed up to help defend the Outpost. We appreciate it.

We have decided not to attempt to beat the threshold for phase 2. If people want to show up and play, that's cool, but we are not organizing anything.

For the brief time that we held it, the Zo-Kian Ruins Outpost produced 12 units of cheng root, 10 q250 INT flowers and 2 q200 INT flowers.  As promised, we are distributing them.

Only one guild expressed an interest in the distribution so I was forced to figure out 5 other guilds to distribute to.  In the end we looked to those who helped us and those who help others.  The distrubution to four of them have taken place.  If representatives of the other guilds will contact Itzy, he will happily help them out.

1) Cercle du Bois Almati  -- 2 cheng, 2 flowers
2) Tyneetryks Tears - 2 cheng 2 flowers
3) Rift Walkers - 2 cheng 1 q200 1 q250 flower.
4) Les Larmes - 2 cheng, 1 q200 , 1 q250 flower
5) Fluffy Bunnies. - 2 cheng 2 flowers
6) Naema (left her guild to help defend the OP) -- she gets a personal distribution - 2 cheng 2 flowers

That's it.  The experiment is over.
