I'm running windows xp. I've downloaded Ryzom but when I try to install ryzom (ryzom_installer_qt_r.exe) I get an "incorrect status code 301" message. The installer keeps running and nothing happens.

anyone have any suggestions for me. I've tried rebooting the computer, deleting the program and redownloading the program but stil get the same message.

Sorry to see you ran into problems with the installation. Could you please take a screenshot of the error you get and send it to support@ryzom.com with a short description of you platform and OS version and we can take it from there.

That's strange he received some uncommon HTTP status code like if behind a proxy :(
