Hi , i just come back on atys since many years but from today i can't log to the game.

I got the error 3011 which say me to buy a subscription.

What should i do?

Paid accounts must buy a subscription to return to Atys. If you were a free account there was a recent account error and you should email support@ryzom.com and explain that you cannot login even though your account was never subscribed.

so if i understand all:

if my account got subscribtion from the past , i need to subscribe in order to play now?

It trouble me cause last week i can connect this account and create a new char (my chars was deleted).
