Login with your username+password. Change subscription to something like Paypal (which is non-recurring).

(This used to work before Steam .. I'm not sure if it works for accounts linked to Steam)

The payments through Steam or the PayPal option for Ryzom regular billing system are not recurring subscriptions. There was an error in the text display and this is now fixed. The only automatic subsription (recurring) Ryzom offers is the WorldPay option via Ryzom regular billing system.

My first question would be is your Caps Lock engaged by any chance? If the billing is through Steam, it's a Steam problem not a Ryzom problem.

Write a ticket on the ingame system if you can get in or write an email to support@ryzom.com with all the information you have. They can check it and get your access back.
