First of all, please do NOT create a character in the slot of your deleted character! Then send a ticket to support (can use email support@ryzom.com) and we can take it from there.

OK, I just woke up and JUST sent an email to support.
I have not filled those three empty slot.

Hopefully, because I have always paid to play, that support can save my deleted character.

And now I am trying to remember the names of the people that had helped me so much, in game, last night with getting me set up.
