Dear players,

On Sunday, February 8th, all services Ryzom (game servers and testing, site, forum, wiki, API ...) were interrupted for about 6 hours because of a computer problem. One of the RAID hard drives crashed and had to be replaced, which required maintenance of several hours for resynchronization.

Monday, February 9 in the morning, a reboot of the game server was made to correct lingering problems remaining in the game, and the API was revived.

Everything seems to be now back to normal. However, if you notice a continuing problem, please let us know via the ticket system or http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=ryzomsupport.

Communication between Megacorp and ingame chats (in the way Megacorp => Ingame) doesn't work since sunday. We are working on it.

All API records have been deleted because of web server's reboot. That's the reason why all activities that need a fame check, for example New Horizons or some titles, do not work if it's your first log on Atys since monday's reboot. You have to wait for the first character "save" to update the API and to see it work as intended.
