Hello everyone! I apologize for my absence, I've been having technical issues with my pc. I'm currently working on some new figurines, but only time will tell when I can release them.

Welcome back ! love the 3D models of Yubos and Meks :) Have you thought about maybe some of the jewelry from Ryzom as well ?

Thanks for the welcome back! I have been looking into jewelry from ryzom but I haven't decided how to size it.I'm glad you like my designs and would like to hear any comments on them. Although I've been busy with all the things life throws at us and college schoolwork. I would like to hear any ideas you have!

One i would like to see is this ; one of a Yubo piddling on a poor homins foot. It happens a lot ,especially when wearing HQ LA for a meeting or event.
Another idea would be like a Shooki on a hilltop or stingas on a sand dune or beach etc .

Hey everyone. Just checking, but is this thread still alive? Found a way to get those missing textures I needed and was curious if there is still life here lol.
Oh and that bolobi is almost ready to go just need to find a way to upload it and check it with shapeways tools.

I'm making space for a full sized ploderos in my living room !

Would you like a large ploderous shiga? I can design one that's made to be glued together with a hot glue gun. You would need a printer capable of printing cardstock, printing in color, some skill with fiberglass(if you want your project to last significantly longer)scissors or exacto knife, and hot glue gun. It's quite a laborous process but you can make quite large objects.

And your welcome Meggy :). I appreciate you posting pictures with it in your hands I love seeing them in the hands of their owners!

Just a little note on most the Shapeways 3dprinted materials. Just about everything you order will come with a layer of 3D printed dust on them(especially on the inside of the bag) try not to inhale it if you can.
Quote From Shapeways.com on Sandstone
"Look and feel

Sandstone is the only material capable of full-color 3D prints. Produced on Z-Corp printers, it is perfect for figurines, life-like models, avatars, and other products that lend themselves to colorful, high-quality printing. Models are created by printing binder material and colored ink layer-by-layer into a bed of gypsum-based powder. After printing, the models are finished with a cyanoacrylate (super glue) sealant to ensure durability and vivid colors. The final product is a hard, brittle material that works great for figurines and visual models, but isn't well suited to functional parts or daily handing. Models should be handled carefully, and not exposed to water as it will cause fading.

Coated Full Color Sandstone goes through an additional processing step. A two part epoxy resin is brushed onto your product by hand, creating more vivid colors, additional strength, and a smoother surface finish.

When printing in this material, some variation in color shade is unavoidable, especially with difficult-to-produce colors such as browns and skin tones. We optimize each print run to make individual models look great, may see differences in color when looking at multiple prints of the same model side by side. "

(This is ryuujin if anyone doesn't know. I was just too lazy to type in that accounts info :P)
