Federal guards and Fairhaven security

Kyriann explains that the marauders have returned to FH in force since the departure of the federal guards, even setting up at the bar without the regular guards reacting.
All Taliari and Talalochi agree that Tryker Byrh deserves it but that the safety of the bar must be maintained.

Zoraï theocracy : Zora's attack with Gooed bombs

Kyriann relates the attack on the Circle Assembly by the Masters of the Goo accompanied by marauders from all clans. The Masters of the Goo used throwing weapons to send gooed virulent projectiles.

Le Marché des Petits

La première édition s’est déroulé au cours de Floris, CA3, 2603. Les échos sont bons et le collectif a décidé de reconduire le Marché, une fois par année de Jena, au cours du 3ème CA. Le prochain sera en 2604, probablement à la fin du 3ème CA. (*)
Un cours sur les critères de choix d’un bon matériel précédera le Marché lui-même. L’expert pour le prochain Marché reste à désigner.
Le règlement pour les vendeurs sera renforcé, notamment sur le respect des tranches de prix.

Sessions de formation pour les membres de l’UFA

En l’absence de Nair Luna’Kan, commandant de l’UFA, Kyriann explique le projet.
Le but est de renforcer l’UFA en créant déjà une dynamique de groupes au sein des Trykeri. Pour cela, nous commencerions par des chasses communes restreintes aux Trykeri. Par la suite des sessions spécifiques plus centrées sur le combat contre les homins pourraient être réalisées pour les membres de l’UFA.

Une demande des Maraudeurs

Nair Eolinius raconte ce qui est arrivé à l’équipe de secours à la recherche de Liosta Be’Zephy.
Une des exigences des maraudeurs concernait l’implication des Trykeri dans la défense des AP.
Au nom des Nhori Drakani, en remerciement du retour de Liosta saine et sauve, Nair Kyriann accepte de ne participer à aucun AP contre les Maraudeurs durant les années 2603 et 2604.

The Taliari support the idea of a delegation to the marauders.
Nair Ostium will be the delegate of Bai Nhori Drakani Guild.

Appointement of the clerk

Kyriann is appointed.

Appointement of Taliar or Deputy Taliar

Aitana is appointed Taliar of the Knighthood guild.
Haokan is appointed Deputy Taliar of La Lune Éternelle guild.

Internal affairs

Officialization of the federal army Bai Trykali

The federal army is officially created, Jazzy is appointed Commander.
Its role is to protect Aeden Aqueous and its inhabitants, including outside the territory.
The crossing or action within a Nation, in order to help the inhabitants of Aeden Aqueous, must be requested or validated by the Federation and authorized by the said Nation.
Exceptionally, Bai Trykali may act outside Aeden Aqueous without Trykers to defend, on the sole condition that the request is made directly to the Federation and emanates directly from the government of the requesting Nation.
Finally, since the protection of Aeden Aqueous also includes the protection of its resources, Bai Trykali will also have the role of ensuring that the lake outposts are controlled by lake guilds, Taliari or Talalochi.

Marauders activities in Aeden Aqueous

Ambassador Eolinius reports attacks in the Prime Roots on travelers between the Lakes and Zora or between the Lakes and the Desert, preventing free trade.
