Indeed, the system does not take Marauders or Rangers into account. And it's a bit disheartening in a way. Consider, both of us feel that a homin's freedom should not depend on higher power, whether mortal (government) or supernatural (religion). That makes us more closely aligned than the current PvP point system would have you think where Rangers and Marauders are more opposed than the most ardent Matis follower of Jena and the most devout/patriotic Fyros Kamist. And that doesn't even take into account alliances that make those of "opposing factions" closer allies than those who have taken the same rites you have.
