I use WASD to move around. Lately, the keys A (turn left) and D (turn right) change to rotate camera to the left and to the right - which are already assigned to Numpad 1 & 2. When I check the keys window nothing changed, the commands are still assigned how I've set them up. The only way to fix this is by reloging. I have a PC/Win 7. Anyone else's had this problem?

There is a on-screen (and relatively easy to accidentally click) short cut to Free Look condition, which is what you are describing.  You should be able to undo it by sitting or by using the shortcut key for putting the camera back on follow (I think it's keypad7).  I use mouse for movement and can get out of this condition by holding down the L and R buttons at the same time.
