Minute of Meeting

During the meeting, Zo'ro-Argh raised a problem about the non-reactivity of NASA concerning emergencies.

Scientific records are not finished on time or they are not done with rigor in order to be playing fulfill our role as mediators, counselors and generally be sources of Atys knowledge.

His solution is to change the system of the actual meetings and create something like "duty office or hall".
This solution is still to develop.

It could be of the following form:

• Open a "permanence" called the "channel of NASA", possibly relayed by izams of the long haul (e-mail) or humming-izam to talk fast (tell).
• The regular meeting will be changed as well with a new agenda and other goals might be:
  • Scientific seminar with invited celebrity scientists (Arden Kaele, Cegrips Daeron ...) or archivists, historians, etc. ..
  • Report progress to broadcast research atysiens.
  • Short expeditions and experiences
