Recently, a display bug exists in Windows Client which hinders players to be aware of a chain of possible civ fame missions and the danger of collapse of intercity teleport.

The transporters of New Horizon have, when called (clicking "Helllo") a third option, "I want to help you" ("Ich möchte Dir helfen", "je souhaite de t'aider" or so).

If calling that option with the windows client, you get the window "Support", but the topics "(country) transport status" and "support missions" (accordingly in German and French) only show a circled x. So, the users are not aware of the status of transports, though they may guess that the request for food, water, map and tool may mean a product of the basic occupations florist, water carrier, magnetic cartographer, and toolmaker. The daring and inquiring ones will recognize that the reward in civ fame is quite genorous.

But they are not able to see that the transport status is already deteriorating significantly though still bit distant from the yellow or red alert status.

Display works fine with linux client, probably with mac client as well. It should be fixed, and players should consider contributing supporting New Horizon transport.

All you people doing occupations need to get busy repairing the transport systems before they break down! :o)

You can't "complete" the mainland. If one thinks one has seen or done everything there, one is kidding oneself. But be prepared to "get out what you put in," because the mainland does not coddle or hold hands.

I compile my mac client from source and I too can see this "bug", including the dying health bar. It does look like it's leading to something, I agree.

So, what that means? I need to waste my certificates for NH instead of getting exp or getting potions?

For me, NH can just close the service today.

EDIT: Okay, just seen they want finished products. My opinion stay the same, tho: NH can close today. It's already a long time to get products, u wanna me to waste them in NH?

Crazy idea.

EDIT: Didin't noticed you were spoken about Civilization Points. In this case things are different and well worth to do. I liked more the old delivery missions around the continent, but well, better than nothing.

I have 32 bit Windows Vista and when i click on the Transporter's "I want to help" option nothing happens. But the transport to another city does work.

I hope this gets fixed soon, I miss my civ focus pick and i would even do occupations if thats what it took to get it back.

I have noticed that the New Horizon Agents will sometimes decline your help, I assume this happens when this mysterious bar is full, i.e. people have been handing in faster than they have been transporting.

It's not easy to see that the agent is declining your service, he doesn't say anything but in your 'system info' tab you'll get a message like: 'Agent does not require any goods at the moment". So it makes it seem like the agent is doing nothing, because it closes the dialogue options without any obvious message to you.

This has only really happened to me at the Zoari NH Agent.

Perhaps this is your problem?

i thought it was messed up or broke too, but now i've read this and i too see the msg on sys info that they don't need anything right now, guess the zora transport line will survive, lolx.
