TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

Hello,

after doing several missions in Silan, i found my Be'Gen Boots disappeared.
They were equipped, so they should not be taken by any NPC.

I know this is a known bug, but being this item, unique and not tradeable, and because it's not my fault, but a bug, and it's impossible to replace it, i wish to get it back because i wanted to save the armor for rp purpose.
