both my accounts, bucshots & bucshotz say they have a paybycash transaction pending but i cancelled them both to switch how i was paying. if a CSR could reset this for me i'd appreciate it. please let me know! thank you!

This will reset itself in 24 hours.. most changes of this nature in billing take some time (usually 24hrs) to sync between systems, you just need to be patient and wait for each change to view correctly in your account screen.
