I was trying to check out the event that was on today, i was at Yrkanis, and had a server stall. when i try to log back in, it does not reset my state to offline. even after waiting half an hour

Naturally, I had that when I returned last year but had a CSR fix my account so I could access it.

That happens with old accounts, if you have a more recent alt account that may let you into CEB

A fix that has worked in the past for this Ceb login issue is to use the "Reset your password function" Here
Reset it at least 3 times and use your current and SAME password each time.

Mokoi, I've attempted to reset my password through your link, but it says that my account is invalid. Are the servers that our accounts are on down for some reason? Please say something in the forums, we're all in the dark here.

Make sure you're using your ryzom user name and not your character name when resetting your password.

Word out of CeB is that the servers did not auto-reboot and no one is on site to restart them until morning UTC+1.
