Login screen unreadable - TECHNICAL SUPPORT / WEB APPs BUGS

This afternoon, I logged off then in due to connectivity problems.
When I logged in, a message appears on a patch of 169 Mb to start downloading. After maybe 4-5 Mb downloaded, the connection went off.
Now, when I try to log in, I get a kind of black screen with all format completely off. Actually, before getting the screen, I even get a grey screen with some big white vertical arrows.
On the "login screen", I succeed to type my password but then, impossible to go further. I don't see where to type connect.

What should I do ?

Re-install the game, it's a pain in the ass but the only fix

Sometimes a repair will work. It has worked for me. You just go into the Ryzom Downloader from your ryzom folder and repair it.

I did a full reinstall thrice ! Because connectivity is very bad presently in Ghana, a lot of micro-cut. So during the patching, it went bad.
Finally get it to work.

And bad connectivity seems to be caused by SAT3 ( a cable running from Portugal to Cape Town) cut "due to big fish"

@CSR team:

Could you tell the devs that it would be very helpful if the installer on the website would have the CURRENT version in it instead of one from a few patches ago?
And a CRC32 checksum for the files would be helpful as well.

This would help both people like Makrock here as well as other people (like the one with the weird 64bit install problem a while back)
