I'm not having that problem, so it' probably in the OS. I'm running Win XP SP3 And using Firefox as a browser. What are you running?

windows 7 on home pc and work pc in google chrome
both have the same problem

The [] indicates missing language.

Click on language flag and it should display correctly (if it doesn't already)
