When trying to log into CeB I get the msg:

<SoR> Only registered users are allowed to login at the moment...

However I can log into these boards and the game just fine.

Am I doing something wrong?

Using my account login details, forum login does not work either.

I use to have that problem. I think it happens with older accounts sometimes maybe...? Not sure but a CSR should be able to fix it for you.

yes, it's a known problem with some accounts. Contact a csr in game or through a ticket and it gets reset.
