The ability to specify R2 scenarios as PvP zones. Specifically, I would like to see the option to choose, Faction vs. Faction, Guild vs. Guild, Team vs. Team (which is open PvP), or Server vs. Server.

I am hoping the person(s) who vote no will explain why the option should NOT be there for those who want to build their own scenario? You do know you have an option to not enter the scenario...and there are no harvestable materials in the Ring...right?
