I use the mac client. Sorry if this has been reported before, the cooldowns on heal spells get stuck at a point, never fully recover, and the only way to make them work again, is relogging.
It doesn´t happen (to me) all the time, but let´s say, every 2 or 3 days of playing

I confirm this happening on PC as well; happened to me about four or five times during about half a year. The healing power won't renew after the cooldown time runs out. It might be connected to other cooldowns, since I started experiencing it only after I started using melee protection aura.
