How do I get my old character? - English

Hi, I've played Ryzom years ago in Beta and when it came out then got swept away by other games. I want to get back to my old character but don't remember the login information. When I've tried to contact support (used contact us on bottom of page) I filled out the form and pressed submit, it said - page not found. I guess support form is messed up and nobody cares.

I have my game serial number if that helps, but how do I submit for help? There seems to be no way fo contacting the CS to get help on retrieveing my old character login information. I was a good crafter so I don't really want to start all over again.

Help.

Well you can sedn Sywindt or Sengosha an ingame mail saying your toon name and they can tell you the details.

I don't remember toon names, but I'll send my former address that Ive registered with, my real name and the game serial number which I guess should be #1 required item for recovery of information. Its been almost 7 years since I've played who will remember toon names :). But thanks for names though, I'll PM them all the info I have.
