Hello, I recently went to publish a ring scenario, when The Client crashed, and now when i log in, it gets me to the scenario where i can see everything, but will not let me do anything because it says "Connecting..."

Well, i guess the ONLY thing i can click is the 'Quit' button

Try logging into another character, going into the Ring, then back to your stuck character.

I did, and they got stuck, but its resolved after timeout.
