It appears that Jugulas in Grove of Confusion have somehow gained an interesting ability. They seem to be able to kill me telepathically from 200m or more away. Twice I have had one aggro on me and when I speed run away I slowly lose hp every second until I die, without having any active debuff even when in a body of water. I have attempted to keep myself alive with a healer until this effect wears off, but it doesnt seem to have a timer.

Im sure this is a bug as it has happened twice today.

killing me without being agrod on me while im in water and there is nothing within 200m? I doubt that was an intended ability. It makes absolutely no sense.

They have a poison dot attack which doesn't cool down until either you or the jug dies, or until you pop invulnerability (which cancels it).

This is normal, jugs in both GoC and prime roots can do that.

Interesting... this poison really needs a debuff icon to save confusion. The first time it happened I thought it may have been some kind of lag issue.

been some time since I killed a jug, but didn't it show anything in sys info?

I am not sure I didnt check the system info... I was looking in the debuff window, on my radar, spinning in circles to see if there was something still hitting me, healing myself...

was very confusing lol

It is a long standing bug imo... the failure of the dot to properly register graphically and failure to expire. But so it goes. Makes grinding on jugs very problematic.

There's the message that you've been hit for X damage (poison I think) by that jug every few seconds. But that's all.

jug Dot, you beat it by using invulnerability or killing the jug that put it on you, not a bug at all.

Yeah cheers I got the idea now... jugs cheat, kill any jug I see and no more problem :p easy fix.
