Ulukyndev (Aniro)
the production rate for all of the Outpost products will now be reduced by a flat 65 % of the orignal production

Does this include the outpost craftable mats, as well as the cats and flowers? The craftable mats were notably absent from the original announcement.

The production of other materials will remain unchanged.

They were not absent.

Yay they fixed the chat focus bug. Bane of my existence for 7 years.

Did I say all guilds? And I would expect nothing less of a "neutral" guild. :p

No ya didn't ..... which is why I added the clarification.:) But many non-neutral guilds do the same.

Ahh, I missed that from the original, thanks.
And I suppose that is also your way of saying that craftable mats are nerfed as well.
Thanks!

...The production of other materials will remained unchanged...

So outpost crafting mats should be unaffected by this patch.

OP Production

As indicated in the patch notes, we decreased the production rates of outposts. The decline of 90% would have allowed a fast reduction of the number of catalysts on the servers over a short period of time, the production would then have been modified to a more suitable rate.
However, having taken note of the diverse feedback across all servers, the production rate for all of the Outpost products will now be reduced by a flat 65 % of the orignal production. This will have the impact of extending the period of stabilization of excess product, the OPs rate will then be reassessed and modified to a more suitable rate.
This modification is effective on 3 shards(servers) (aniro, arispotle, leanon), patches being strictly identical on all servers regardless of the configuration of outposts or guild size.

(Emphasis mine)

This is why I asked my question. I only hoped to receive a simple answer ... not sure why it was so difficult.

Ah yes sorry, Erizon. I missed that phrase.

I will ask for clarification.

Confirmed by Ulukyn: The reduction of production is for catalyzers and flowers only. Sorry for the confusion. I have updated the original post.

It is great to see the game advancing, however does anyone agree the patch numbering is quite poor?

1.9 shouldn't go to 1.10 that's lower :D because at 1.9 i thought we were close to Ryzom 2.0 :) which i expect to be a big patch.

Although it does not appear in the patch note, a secondary static action bar will be available. It can be activated in the configuration window:

Is there anyway to have it display horizontally if desired? If so, I could not locate it. If not, a tool like the "Change Display Mode" for the system bar would be nice.

no. Nor is there a way to change it so it copies the content of another of your action bars except for #1.

no, it is correct.
The number following the the period (".") is 10, after which is 11. the version can be broken down into smaller minor version for example 1.9.1 and in the case of the version you mentioned 1.10.1 or 1.10.5 up to 1.10.99 (If they so wish) and eventually 1.11.0 and so on. It is up to the developers to decide how they want to number their versions as long as they keep incrementing the versions.

If however it is a "major" version update, for instance when the new code is not compatible with the version 1 code at all, due to big changes, at this point the developers will make the call to move over to a new "major" version like 2.0.0 or 2.0.1 for example.

Hope this helps.

guess someone can't count > 9 :)
Of course I'd have preferred hexadecimal version numbers myself...
