Hi, I tried many different ways but there does not seam to be a way out of this. Everytime I use your site to pay for a subscription, it always sends me to the Steam Wallet section. From there I cannot find any option to cancel using Steam Wallet and using my credit card info stored into Steam.

I find it stupid that by using the Wallet I always have to remind my self to go take out money from my credit card to put in my Steam wallet.

I don't know why Steam changed this. I had the same issue on another game I tried to install but gave up.

For years before this, I had a bunch of game subscriptions that were using my credit card.

Is there way to pay for a Ryzom Steam subcription but using my credit card only?

If I install Ryzom out of Steam, will I then be able to use my credit card? However I am on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, not Windows. How will I install Ryzom than?

this is possible to install ryzom on linux, there is an official an native client: https://ryzom.com (should be https://me.ryzom.com/?download=linux for direct link)

if you have an account on https://me.ryzom.com, you can then pay directly with credit card.

you may have to contact support team to fully transform a steam account to pure ryzom account.

ask them how to proceed this transition

When you connect to me.ryzom.com, in Account/Subscription, you will have a link to Unlink your Steam account (https://me.ryzom.com/billing/steam/unlink). Should work.
