Hello Atys. I just read the following: "Non-subscribers will not be limited to Q150 items, but the Quality will depend on their maximum combat/magic level."

Would someone please clarify what is meant by this statement because I am unable to understand unless this was part of a greater paragraph that was not displayed.

I believe that what they are trying to say is that you can obtain higher than QL 150 material when you perform combat or magic to kill a creature that is greater than QL 150.
