Hello

I would like to organize a Apartment contest (open to all sub players). (We could do the same with Guilds's Islands LOL)

(Some images are already under https://atys.wiki.ryzom.com/wiki/Category:Apartment_competition)

A couple of ideas

1. Create a "Ryzom's 5 most beautiful apartments" event, or all 10 (2 apartments per nation, depending on the number of contest entrants).

2. Create a "5 fullest apartments" event (Marx Brothers style: invite as many friends as possible to your place, and take a lucio *, with the list of homins present).

 

Organization

Contact CraftJenn, using RC or here bellow, so that I can register your name (IG), and type of appartement (lake, forest...) on dedicated wiki pages.

• then, you can go at https://chat.ryzom.com/group/Apartment-contest

1. On wiki, we will use the "Apartment contest" category (on wiki), with 2 sub-categories (if the 2 contests are selected), to host your images.

2. You upload your lucios OR

• under the category I've created (your name will appear, as I regularly go to the wiki to classify images that don't have categories) at  https://atys.wiki.ryzom.com/wiki/Special:Upload
• or here, on the forum,
• or on the dedicated chat on RC.

Remeber that all players can now edit wikis (on top right, clic on "Login with RYZOM").

3. I'll contact the Event team, to make the announcement official, when I get several person wishing to compete (complete file: 5 lucios, your name, place)

4. On the forum, we organize the votes.

5. Rewards :

• On a set date, we meet (on Silan?) to publicly announce the results.
• a wiki page (FR + EN) with the winners - check with the team if it's possible to give tokens (wiki contributors sometimes have gifts) or another gift

For now (2023/11/7) we only have 3 registrants :

• Canillia
• Ashgan
• Craftjenn

Note that this event will be available to everyone, whatever your time slot, as voting will be on the forum, public, with screenshots...

J'aime beaucoup l'idée (aussi pour les iles de guildes), mais ne serait-ce pas mieux de faire un vrai évent, avec de vraies visites (bon, ça demande un peu d'organisation pour inviter tout le monde dans un appartement, mais c'est faisable) un vrai jury qui donne des notes, ou encore un prix du public... etc?

Ça peut être aussi l'occasion de raconter une histoire autour de l'appartement.

+1 à la proposition d'eeri (et dispo pour être jury si ça se fait).

For now, on the 8 homins who said they would like to participate (ie Ashgan, Canillia, Terce and Balus, Niziros, Lyren, Vanixia and me - I do not count those 2 who proposed to be on the jury), 4 gave lucios (Ashgan, Canillia, Terce and Balus).

Therefore, I think it's not enought to ask the Team anything for now. Maybe the event will not occur, due to lack of participants...
