Fixed bugs:

  • Most players on MacOS should now be able to connect. Quit Ryztart and reopen it, then click "Click to check the files integrity". A patch should install. If you still can't connect, a reboot of your system may be required. If issues still persist, please let us know".
  • Broken zinuakeen in the new Marauder mini-camp -- Fixed.
  • Encyclopedia always opens on connection -- Fixed.
  • Ryward item names are wrong -- Fixed.
  • Ranger map closes after every use -- Fixed.
  • The taskbar (the action bar at bottom right) is no more forced to horizontaly at login (except in tutorial mode)
  • Cap window are no more forced to be displayed (except in tutorial mode)
  • Cap window can be closed directly on window (except in tutorial mode) or with preferences -> windows (the checkbox are fixed)
  • Compass are fixed: icons no more overlapped and - / + works like expected
  • Hotbar selection dialog overflow fixed
  • Added an option to disable light on at login
  • Fixed speed factor warning when sitting
  • New character's default amour craft stanza is always Fyros -- Temporary fix applied, permanent solution incoming
  • TestEvent dynamic channel
  • {submit} appears in character creation
  • Fixed Bugs:
  • Crash when teleporting to Silan
  • Task 2 of the first tutorial sometimes couldn't be completed
  • Stuck stanza bug (for real this time ????)
  • ESC didn't open the exit menu on macOS

still unable to complete lesson 3 (the editing stanza lesson), everything is done and the collect reward is animated like the previous two lessons, but when i click on it, nothing happens.

i also had the 'next action queued' issue showing up, my solution was to click on the queued action, and it would vanish as soon as i did, while this isn't a fix to the bug, it was a work around to avoid having to log/relog... it also should be noted i'm on windows (in case your on linux or mac, we all know each OS has it's own few bugs unique to the OS)

i know the ryzstart is your go to solution, but as i've stated before i don't use the launcher, i can't find a ryzstart ONLY download simply to do the file checking, and as Ulu stated in a previous post there will very soon be a zip file for users like me that like to do a much more hands on (advanced IT) style of update to ensure the client is up to date. (also would like to note that the most recent patch worked without flaw and i noticed i'm running a new client version since my last post, but didn't think to write it down to quote in this post for full transparency and to ensure no issues, i'll do an edit to this post in a few minutes to add that information.)

Ulu and dev team:
thank you all for the hard work and dedication to ryzom and always know that no matter what bugs i complain about, i'm grateful for everything you do and i understand just how extremely hard it is to fix some of those wonky nervax bugs.

atys at large:
i've missed talking with so many of you, as long as you see me online just know that a dedicated cookies helper is here to do what he can, and with luck RL will calm down a little more and rosina will be joining us, as well as showing a totally new member of the house the wonders and joys of the ol' rootball.

Other games - they give you a cookie whether you succeed or not, in fact you don't even have to participate. Ryzom takes your cookie, eats it in front of you, and slaps you 2 or 3 times for bringing a cookie in the first place.

I don't use launcher too: I prefer my manual way, with nopatch options in CLI.
I only setup ryztart to point to my ryzom files and patch them. it works flawlessly :)

Hi Tgwaste, here is a little overview.

Currently, we are prioritizing our resources on fixing the more urgent bugs. This wouldn't exactly classify as a bug, but rather a design oversight. As well, the team is still evaluating the implications of this change as it would allow all items that are "Open"able. So it might take a bit of time, sorry to disappoint :/

Once upon a time I started to dig. And first of all, an artifact was thrown out of the bag.
Why:
It takes 0.2 bulk. It may not seem like much, but for me it was 470 of mats vs 469.
It works great for re-buying the last ticket even while in the pony inventory somewhere in Yrk.
And you can live perfectly well without a separate interface of the same thing, but in a different window.
Total: the artifact is overrated. The enthusiasm around it is not clear. Especially after the fame requirement for its work was removed.

The Artefact is one of the best things they ever made. The only drawbacks are: No key to bring it up, you still need the pacts in your bag.

using the command /naked  empties the pockets as well as undressing.  I'm not sure if that is a bug or a feature, but I'd much prefer if /naked left the pockets alone.
